1. Account Use
You must be 18 or older to use GLP BodyGuard. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the platform for lawful, personal purposes only. One account per individual; sharing credentials is prohibited.
2. Subscription Billing
GLP BodyGuard is offered by R3 Integrated Health Plus LLC. The following consumer membership options are currently available:
- Free — $0. No payment method required. Includes daily Armor Score, core habit tracking, and a limited AI Coach.
- Premium Mastery — $9.99/month. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required at signup, and your card is first charged on day 8. Cancel any time before then in Settings → Subscription and you will not be billed. After the trial, your plan renews monthly until you cancel.
On the web, subscriptions are processed through our current payment processor. Pricing displayed at checkout governs your purchase. Receipts are emailed to you immediately after each charge.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel any subscription at any time. On the web, cancel from your account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, scoring methodology (including the Armor Score™), and visual design are the property of GLP BodyGuard or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for your personal wellness tracking.
5. Medical Disclaimer
GLP BodyGuard is an educational tracking and estimation tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult your prescribing physician before making changes to your medication, diet, supplements, or exercise protocol.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLP BodyGuard, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
